NORTH GLASGOW GROWING
Milton Community Growing Space
A sustainable green space will be developed in the gardens of the new Youth and Family Centre, where local families learn to grow fruit and herbs, fostering a deep connection with nature and healthy eating.

Creativity and Self-expression
Acting Up Youth Theatre Project
Our Acting Up Youth Theatre Project is a long-standing, youth-led creative arts programme supporting children and young people aged 5-18 across north Glasgow. Through weekly drama and theatre sessions, performances, creative workshops and leadership opportunities, young people build confidence, communication skills, teamwork and self-esteem. Participants play an active role in shaping productions, developing original work based on issues that matter to them.

North Glasgow Growing
Ruchill Community Growing Space
A growing project has been developed in Ruchill beside our Pavilion Youth and Family Centre. As well as an established growing space, in partnership with the Glasgow Food Network, a further 6 raised beds have been constructed to extend opportunities for more local people to get involved.
Every project tells a story of growth.
Community Voices

“The community projects have given me a sense of belonging and a space to share my creativity. It's truly life-changing.”
